Team BSI constructed senior living apartments at 5125 West Ridge Road in Erie, Pa., known as HANDS Ridgebury Apartments. HANDS is a not-for-profit organization who prides itself on making stronger, more vibrant neighborhoods through reducing impediments to fair housing.
HANDS is a designated as a Community Housing Development Organization by the City of Erie and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. BSI was honored to help in creating affordable housing units in our local community.
