Transforming Downtown Erie, block by block

BSI is proud to have played a key role in Erie’s downtown revival by delivering on its bold vision to bring new life to historic buildings. For example, one marquee project, The Flagship City Food Hall, is a popular eatery situated opposite Perry Square, alongside a distillery and boutique shops. A multi-level garage supports the vibrant street life.

The EDDC is a nonprofit organization tasked with strengthening the core assets of Downtown Erie and driving revitalization across the region.
