BSI’s property management arm, Commercial Management Solutions (CMS), is currently seeking a maintenance tech to join the CMS team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems to keep buildings running smoothly.
Other job responsibilities include:
- Handling assigned work orders and preventative maintenance inspections
- Performing a variety of routine-maintenance tasks
- Communicating existing and potential maintenance issues with supervisors
- Using computerized maintenance management software to track the work
- Cleaning and maintaining job tools
- Abiding by required safety measures and policies
