Description:
Full-Time Position
Experience in the Concrete Trade and experience in forming, placing and finishing concrete. This position requires owning concrete finishing tools to perform daily duties: Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete; moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms; setting forms that hold the concrete in place; pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed; levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with handheld screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping; removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound; applying sealing and hardening components; and molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools.
Experience:
- Concrete: 2 years (Preferred)
- Concrete finishing: 2 years (Required)
- Concrete laborer: 2 years (Preferred)
